Altiva Petrochemicals Chemical Plant Demo
The Altiva Petrochemicals Chemical Plant located in Haverhill, Ohio contracted GCD | PDI to demolish three buildings. Our engineering team crafted a step-by-step plan for each building separately.
P&G Building
This project was a complete demo and salvage operation of 3 office and laboratory buildings located on a former P&G campus in Cincinnati, Ohio. The three buildings comprised of 450,000 square feet. We split one of the buildings in half so we could retrieve valuable electrical components the client wanted to recover.
