Altiva Petrochemicals Chemical Plant Demo
This chemical plant located in Haverhill, Ohio contracted GCD | PDI to demolish three buildings. Our engineering team crafted a step-by-step plan for each building separately.
P&G Building
This project was a complete demo and salvage operation of 3 office and laboratory buildings located on a former P&G campus. The three buildings comprised of 450,000 square feet. We split one of the buildings in half so we could retrieve valuable electrical components the client wanted to recover.
