This is our five-step process:

Site Walk & Project Evaluation
Assess the layout, structure, and accessibility of the site. Evaluate removals, highlight potential challenges or hazards involved and determine the best course of action for demolition or deconstruction.

Project Planning
After the evaluation, we formulate a plan based on project specifications, timelines, people, equipment and the environmental aspects

Permitting & Prep
Obtain all necessary permits and approvals from local authorities. Prep our employees & equipment

Execution
Safety site coordinator debriefs the team and demolition can begin

Recycle & Disposal
We sort material for asset recovery and recycling, and remove from the site
