The Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority has hired [Green City Demlition] to demolish the former Sears building at Northgate Mall, with work set to start this month.

It’s the first step in a process to revive the property.

The 182,710-square-foot former anchor department store and parking lot sit on 12.6 acres on the west side of Northgate Mall at 9505 Colerain Road.
