Kentucky State University
The project was for the Bert T. Combs residence building at Kentucky State University in Frankfort, Kentucky. This residence building spanned four stories tall with 60,000 square feet of floor space.
The interior demolition consisted of exterior concrete removal, all the windows to be removed, and full interior strip out including abatement. All of this was to be completed within four weeks so the building could open before the start of the next school year.
