Terrace Plaza Hotel
The Terrace Plaza Hotel located in Cincinnati, Ohio completed construction in 1948. This building was the first hotel built after World War 2 in the United States as well as the largest building built after the war. The new owners of the building have begun renovating the building for both a retail and residential property.
Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium
Home of the University of Memphis’ Tigers football team, the Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium, needed a renovation. The first phase of the demolition project was an interior strip out done by Tiny’s Demolition.
Continental Center
The Continental Center located on 150 East Gay Street in Columbus, Ohio was originally built in 1973. In 2022, the building was undergoing redevelopment and renovated from an office building into an apartment building adding 330 apartments to Columbus, Ohio.
